1.2 cups Samba Wheat/Khapli Wheat Atta
2.1/2 tsp salt
3.1 tbsp ghee
4.3/4 cup warm water (or as needed)
1.In a mixing bowl, add Pillai’s Samba Wheat / Khapli Wheat Atta, the required salt, and a glass of water. Combine and knead gently to form a soft dough. 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes. Now, roll out the dough into many small balls. 3.Dust the balls with the flour and start rolling the chapathi into a thin, round disc shape. Heat the tawa and place the rolled chapathi. Cook it on both sides by greasing it with ghee, oil, or butter occasionally. Chapathi is ready now; serve it with your favourite side dishes.
