Ingredients

1. Sharbati wheat flour
2. Water
3. Salt
4. Oil/Ghee/Butter

Cooking Instruction

1.In a mixing bowl, add Pillai’s Sharbati Wheat Flour, the required salt, and a glass of water.
2. Combine and knead gently to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. Now, roll out the dough into many small balls. Dust the balls with the flour and start rolling the chapathi into a thin, round disc shape. 4.Heat the tawa and place the rolled chapathi. Cook it on both sides by greasing it with ghee, oil, or butter occasionally.
Chapathi is ready now; serve it with your favourite side dishes.
