1.In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, 1 chopped onion, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, and 1 green chilli. Saute well until the colour of the onions changes.
2. Later, add 2 ½ tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Chicken Fry Masala and ½ kg chicken. Saute them on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
3. Add ½ glass of water, the required salt, and allow it to cook for 20–25 minutes on a medium flame. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top of it.
4. Now, the Madurai-style chicken fry is ready.
