1.Heat a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, 100 grams of finely chopped cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, and capsicum. Saute them well. 2.After all the ingredients get roasted in oil, add a little bit of crushed pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 100 grams of mashed potatoes. Bind them well. 3.Transfer the mixture to another bowl; once they have cooled, add 2 tbsp of maida, shape them into small balls, dip them in the cornstarch liquid mixture, and start frying them. 4.In another pan, add oil, finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, capsicum, 2 tablespoons of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Manchurian Masala, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt, white pepper powder, a little bit of cornstarch liquid mix, and the fried balls. 5.Toss the mixture well, and the vegetable manchurian is ready to serve.
