1.Soak 1 cup of soya chunks in hot water for 20 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and transfer it to another bowl. 2.To this, add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp Pillai’s Homemade Madurai 65 Masala (veg), 2 tbsp besan flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, and salt. 3.Mix them. 4.In a pan, add enough oil and deep fry the soy chunks. 5.Tasty Soya 65 is ready using Pillai’s Homemade Madurai 65 Masala (veg).
