1.2-3tsp oil
2.1/4tsp mustard seeds
3.4 garlic pods
4.4 potatoes
5.1 1/2tsp homemade madurai garam masala
1. In a pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, 4 garlic pods, and 4 roughly chopped potatoes.
2. Close the pan and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
3. After that, add 1 ½ – 2 tsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Garam Masala and salt.
4. Reduce the flame to low and continue to roast the potatoes for another 5 minutes.
