Foxtail Noodles

Ingredients

1. 2tsp oil 2.1 onion
3.2 green chillies
4. Carrot 5.Beans
6.1tsp ginger garlic paste 7. Add instant mix masala
8.Requiered salt

Cooking Instruction

1.Add 1 tablespoon of oil to 2 cups of water and boil it.
Once it comes to a boil, add Pillai’s Foxtail Millet Noodles and cook for 5-8 minutes.
2.Now, take another pan and add oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 chilies, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 chopped tomato, carrots, beans, and the required salt.
3.Saute them well.
4.Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes, add Pillai’s Noodles Masala, add the pre-cooked noodles, and mix them well.
5.Healthy and tasty Foxtail Millet Noodles is ready.
