1.In a pan, add 2-3 tbsp oil, 1 cinnamon bark, bay leaf, 2 cloves, cardamom, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 sliced onions, curry leaves, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and ½ tsp salt. Saute well until the colour of the onions changes. 2.To this, add 4 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2-3 tbsp Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Chettinad Chicken Masala, and the required salt. Saute the mixture well.
3. Add 1 kg of chicken, ½ glass of water, and allow the mixture to boil. 4.Later, add coconut paste and cook for 20–25 minutes. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top of it.
5. Now, the Chettinad chicken is ready.
