1.In a pan, add gingelly oil, 250 g of shallots, curry leaves, seedless dried red chillies, 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2-3 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Pallipalayam Country Chicken Masala, salt, and saute well.
2. Later, add 1 kg of country chicken, half coconut slices, and the required water. Cook for about 20–25 minutes. 3.The authentic Pallipalayam country chicken is ready.
