Chicken Biryani

Ingredients

1.Oil
2.cinnamon sticks
3.2green cardamoms
4.cloves,bay leaf
5.1tsp fennel seeds
6.2green chillies
7.1Onion
8.1tomato
9.1tsp ginger garlic paste
10. coriander leaves and mint leaves
11.250gms chicken 12.2-3 tsp homemade butter chicken masala
13.3 cup water 14.Required salt
15.1/2kg Seeraga samba rice

Cooking Instruction

1. In a cooker, add oil, cinnamon sticks, 2 green cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 2 green chillies, 1 largely sliced onion, tomato, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Saute them well.
2. Once this mixture turns mushy, add 250 grams of chicken, 2 – 3 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Biryani Masala, 3 glasses of water, and the required salt.
3. Allow it to boil and add washed, pre-soaked 500 grams of Pillai’s Seeraga Samba Rice. Wait for 2-3 whistles.
Chicken biryani is ready.
