1. In a cooker, add oil, cinnamon sticks, 2 green cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 2 green chillies, 1 largely sliced onion, tomato, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Saute them well.
2. Once this mixture turns mushy, add 250 grams of chicken, 2 – 3 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Biryani Masala, 3 glasses of water, and the required salt.
3. Allow it to boil and add washed, pre-soaked 500 grams of Pillai’s Seeraga Samba Rice. Wait for 2-3 whistles.
Chicken biryani is ready.
