Kuda Vazhai Rice Rava Idli

Ingredients

1.2tsp Oil
2.1tsp mustard seeds
3.1tsp urad dal
4.1tsp chana dal
5.Curry leaves
6.2 green chillies
7.1Onion
8.2 1/2 -3 cup Water
9.Required Salt
10.Kuda vazhai rice rava

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove. Dry roast 1 cup of Pillai’s Kuda Vazhai Rice rava and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well.
3. Add 2 ½ – 3 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add the roasted rava and wait for 5-8 minutes. A healthy Kuda Vazhai Rice rava upma is now ready.
