Kullakar Rice Rava Idli

Ingredients

1. 2tsp Oil
2.1tsp Mustard seeds
3.1tsp urad dal
4.1tsp chana dal
5.2Chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.1Onion
8.Required salt
9.Add 2cup Kullakar rice rava
10.2 1/2-3 cup Water

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove. Dry roast 1 cup of Pillai’s Kullakar Rice rava and set aside. 2.In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well. 3.Add 2 ½ – 3 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add the roasted rava and wait for 5-8 minutes. A healthy Kullakar Rice rava upma is now ready.
