Karupu Kavuni Rice Rava Upma

Ingredients

1. 1 cup Karupu Kavuni Rice Rava
2. 1 onion, finely chopped
3. 1 green chili, chopped
4. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
5. 1 teaspoon urad dal
6. 1 teaspoon chana dal
7. A few curry leaves
8. 2 tablespoons oil
9. Salt to taste
10.2 1/2-3 cup Water

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove. Dry roast 1 cup of Pillai’s Karupu Kavuni Rice rava and set aside. 2.In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well. 3.Add 2 ½ – 3 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add the roasted rava and wait for 5-8 minutes. A healthy Karupu Kavuni Rice rava upma is now ready.
