Ingredients

1. 1 cup karunkuruvai rice rava
2. 2tsp Oil
3.1tsp mustard seeds
4.1tsp chana dal 5.1tsp urad dal 6.few curry leaves
7.2green chillies
8.1 Onion
9.2 1/2-3 cup Water 10.Required Salt

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove. 2.Dry roast 1 cup of Pillai’s Karunkuruvai Rice rava and set aside. 3.In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well. 3.Add 2 ½ – 3 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add the roasted rava and wait for 5-8 minutes. A healthy karunkuruvai rice rava upma is now ready.
