Ingredients

1.1cup Red rice rava 2.2tsp Oil
3.1tsp Mustard seeds
4.1tsp urad dal 5.1tsp chana dal 6.2 green chilies
7.1Onion
8.2 1/2-3 cup Water
9. Required Salt

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove. Dry roast 1 cup of Pillai’s Red Rice rava and set aside. 2.In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well. 3.Add 2 ½ – 3 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add the roasted rava and wait for 5-8 minutes. 4.A healthy red rice rava upma is now ready.
