1. 1 cup Ponni boiled rice (broken)
2. 2 cups water
3. Salt (optional)
1. In a pressure cooker, add a glass of washed and soaked (for about 20 minutes) Pillai’s Ponni Boiled Rice (Broken) to 2 glasses of water.
2. Add the required salt.
3. Wait for three whistles.
The rice is ready.
