Seeraga Samba Biryani

Ingredients

1. Seeraga Samba Rice
2. Water
3. Salt (optional)

Cooking Instruction

1. Take a cup of Pillai’s non-aromatic Seeraga Samba Rice.
2. Wash thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes in 1 ½ cup of water.
3. Pressure cook the rice with the soaked water and add 1/2 tbsp salt. Wait for three whistles.
Seeraga samba rice is ready.
