1.In a pressure cooker, add 1 kg of mutton, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tbsp Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Mutton Fry Masala, the juice of a half lemon, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 glass of water, and 2 tsp salt. Wait for five whistles. 2.In another pan, add 2 tbsp of gingelly oil, 3 chopped onions, 2 green chillies, and curry leaves. Saute them well. 3.Once the onions turn translucent, add the pressure-cooked mutton and cook for about 10 minutes. 4.Now, the Madurai-style mutton fry is ready.
