Ingredients

1.2tsp oil
2.1tsp mustard seeds
3.Few curry leaves
4.2 potatoes
5.1tsp homemade madurai veg fry masala
6.Required Salt

Cooking Instruction

1.In a pan, add oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, a few curry leaves, 2 half-cooked chopped potatoes, 1 tablespoon of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Veg Fry Masala, and the required salt. 2.Saute the mixture well. Cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes. The potato fry is ready.
