Kullakar Rice Idli

Ingredients

1. 2 cups of Kullakar Rice
2. 2-3 cup water
3.Required Salt

Cooking Instruction

1.Take a glass of Pillai’s unpolished & parboiled Kullakar rice.
2. Wash the rice and soak it for 2-3 hours in 3–4 glasses of water. Pressure cook the rice with the soaked water, and add the required salt. Wait for five whistles to sound. 3.Then, keep the flame low and allow it to cook for another 10 minutes, leaving it for three whistles. If you find some excess water, just strain it. 4.Now, the healthy Kullakar rice is ready.
