Bamboo Rice Puttu

Ingredients

1. Pillai’s Bamboo Rice Flour
2. Salt
3. Water
4. Coconut

Cooking Instruction

1. In a mixing bowl, add Pillai’s Bamboo Rice Flour, salt, and hot water at intervals.
2. Mix them to a crumbly texture. The mixture should be dry and, at the same time, a little moist.
3. Mix the flour with your fingertips, and there should not be lumps. Spread the mixture on idli plates or fill it in the Puttu maker.
4. Steam this for 15 minutes. Sprinkle grated coconut.
Now, the delicious and healthy Bamboo Rice Puttu is ready. You can have this with country sugar and banana or with curries of your choice.
