1. Palakkadan Matta Rice
2.3cup Water
3. Salt
1.Take a glass of Pillai’s parboiled Palakkadan Matta Rice (long grain).
2.Wash the rice and soak it for 2 hours in 3 glasses of water. Pressure cook the rice with the soaked water, and add the required salt. Wait for five whistles to sound.
3.Now, the healthy Palakkadan Matta rice is ready.
