1.In a cooker, add oil, cinnamon sticks, 2 green cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 2 green chillies, 1 largely sliced onion, tomato, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. 2.Saute them well. Once this mixture turns mushy, add vegetables of your choice like carrots, beans, and potatoes, 1 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Biryani Masala (veg), Garam Masala, chilli powder, 3 glasses of water, and the required salt. 3.Allow it to boil and add washed, pre-soaked 500 grams of Pillai’s Seeraga Samba Rice. 4.Wait for 2-3 whistles. Vegetable biryani is ready.
