1.Medu vada is a South Indian snack made with urad dal. 2.Soak Pillai’s Urad Dal Split (White) for at least 4–5 hours before grinding it into a smooth batter. 3.To the batter, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
4. In a pan, heat enough oil and mould the batter into a small doughnut shape. Fry until it turns golden brown and crispy. 5.Serve the Medu vada hot with coconut chutney and sambar for a delicious and flavorful snack.
