1.Add 2 tsp ghee to a pan, 1 cup grated coconut, and roast it. 2.After that, add 200 g of melted jaggery syrup, ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well until it thickens. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Pillai’s Rice Flour, salt, and hot water at intervals. 3.Mix them to form a smooth dough. Take a portion of the dough, shape it into a round and flatten it, stuff it with the coconut mixture, and close it. Steam this for 15 minutes. 4.Now, the delicious steamed rice dumplings are ready.
