1. No.5 Appalam (quantity as desired)
2. Oil for frying (vegetable oil or any other oil with a high smoke point)
1.In a pan, heat enough oil. Individually, drop Pillai’s No.5 papads into the hot oil.
2.Fry them until they become crispy. 3.Papad is now ready.
