Roasted Varagu Vermicelli

Ingredients

1.2tsp of oil
2.1tsp mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal,and curry leaves
3.2 green chillies 4.1 Onion
5.2 cups of water 6.Required salt 7.Add roasted Kodo millet Vermicelli

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat a pan on an induction or gas stove.
2.Add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal, a few curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, and saute well.
3.Add 2 cups of water and the required salt, bring them to a boil, and then add Pillai’s Roasted Kodo Vermicelli and wait for 5-8 minutes.
Now, the Healthy Semiya Upma is ready.
