Nandu Masala Fry

Ingredients

1.3tsp Gingely oil 2.1/2tsp fennel seeds
3.Small piece ginger 4.6-8 gralic cloves
5.2 onion
6.3 tomatoes
7.Required Curry leaves
8.coriander leaves
9. Chillies 10.Required Salt
11.1tsp ginger garlic paste
12.1kg crab
13.2-3 tsp Homemade madurai crab masala

Cooking Instruction

1.Heat gingelly oil in a pan. Add ½ tsp fennel seeds, a small piece of ginger, 6–8 garlic cloves, 2 chopped onions, 3 chopped tomatoes, the required curry leaves, coriander leaves, chillies, salt, and saute them well. 2.Once it turns mushy, grind it well into a fine paste by adding the required water and keep it aside. 3.In another pan, add gingelly oil, fennel seeds, 1 chopped onion, tomato, chillies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, 1 kg washed and cleaned crab, previously blended ingredients, and 2-3 tbsp of Pillai’s homemade crab masala. 4.Allow this mixture to cook for about 20–25 minutes by covering with a lid. 5.Now, delicious Madurai Crab Masala is ready.
