1.500g fish fillets (any firm white fish like tilapia or cod)
2.2 tbsp Homemade Madurai Fish Curry Masala
3.1 tsp turmeric powder
4.1 tsp red chili powder
5.1 tsp ginger garlic paste
6.1 tbsp lemon juice
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for shallow frying
1.Heat 2–3 tbsp of gingelly oil. Add ¼ tbsp of mustard seeds, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, 20 garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, tomato, salt and saute them well. 2.To this, add 2 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Fish Curry Masala, tamarind juice, the required water, and allow it to boil. 3.Once the mixture is thoroughly boiled, add washed and cleaned 200 g of fish pieces; if required, you can add mango pieces, and cook for 10–15 minutes on a medium flame. 4.Now the delicious Madurai Fish Curry is ready.
