1.In a pan, add 1 ½ tsp of ghee, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3 chopped onions, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 green chillies, and 2 tomatoes. Saute them well. 2.Once it turns mushy, add the puree of 3 tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. 3.To this mixture, add 1 kg of chicken, 2-3 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Kadai Chicken Masala, and 1 cup of water. 4.Allow it to boil for 20 minutes. At this stage, add sliced capsicum and onions. Cook for 10 minutes. 5.Now the delicious Madurai Kadai Chicken is ready.
