1.In a pan, add 3 tbsp of oil, 2 chopped onions, 1 tomato, curry leaves, 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Pepper Chicken Masala, and 2 tbsp of curd. Saute them well. 2.Once the mixture turns mushy, add 500 g of chicken, the required water, and salt. Cook for about 20–25 minutes. Garnish by sprinkling some coriander leaves.
3. Now the delicious Madurai Pepper Chicken is ready.
