Ingredients

1.500g boneless chicken
2. Add 2-3tsp homemade Madurai chicken 65 masala
3.1tsp ginger garlic paste
4.2tsp curd
5.2tsp lemon juice
6. Required Salt
7. Fry Oil

Cooking Instruction

1. In a bowl, add 500 g of chicken, 2-3 tbsp of Pillai’s Homemade Madurai Chicken 65 Masala, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and salt.
2. Mix and let it sit for an hour.
3. Heat enough oil and deep fry the marinated chicken.
Crispy and yummy chicken 65 is ready.
