Spinach Rice

Ingredients

1. 1 cup Sona Masoori Steam Rice
2. 3 cups water
3. Salt (optional)

Cooking Instruction

1. Take two glasses of Pillai’s Sona Masoori Steam Rice.
2. Wash thoroughly and soak for 10 minutes in 3 glasses of water.
3. Pressure cook the rice with the soaked water and add 1/2 tbsp salt.
4. Wait for 3 whistles.
5. Sona Steam Rice is ready.
