9.Pinch asafoetida
10.Sprinkle grated coconut
1. Soak Pillai’s Kala Chana / Chickpeas (Medium, Brown) overnight.
2. Boil it by adding the required salt. Strain the excess water.
3. Add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, and asafoetida to a pan.
4. Mix boiled Kala Chana / Chickpeas (Medium, Brown) with this tempering and sprinkle some grated coconut.
