1. Add 200 g of Pillai’s Buttermilk Curry Mix to 1 litre of buttermilk in a vessel. Thoroughly mix it without lumps.
2. Add some coconut paste and cooked vegetables of your choice, like ash gourd, brinjal, or fried okra.
3. Cook the mixture on a low flame and allow it to cook. Soon after the foam starts forming on top, turn off the flame. The curry should not boil.
4. Add some tempering to it. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. The authentic South Indian buttermilk curry is ready.
