1. To prepare upma with Pillai’s Karuppu Kavuni Rice Upma Mix, heat oil in a skillet and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Add the chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger when they start to sputter.
2. Cook until the onions become transparent.
3. Add Pillai’s Karuppu Kavuni Rice Upma Mix and water (for 1 cup of mix, add 4 cups of water).
4. Cook until the water is absorbed.
5. Season with salt and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
