1. Pillai’s Basmati Rice (White) Extra Long
2. Water
3. Oil
4. Salt
1. Add a cup of Pillai’s Basmati Rice (White) Extra Long to a bowl.
2. Wash and soak for 10–15 minutes.
3. Boil 3 cups of water with 1 ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
4. Add the soaked rice and cook on medium heat for 10–15 minutes.
5. Stir at intervals. Drain the excess water.
Basmati rice is ready.
