Ingredients

1.1 Cup White lobia/Black eyed beans
2.Required Salt
3.1tsp oil 4.1tsp Mustard seeds
5.1tsp urad dal 6.1tsp chana dal 7.Few curry leaves 8.pinch asafoetida
9.Grated Coconut

Cooking Instruction

1. Soak Pillai’s White Lobia / Black Eyed Beans overnight.
2. Boil it by adding the required salt. Strain the excess water.
3. Add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, and asafoetida to a pan.
4. Mix boiled White Lobia / Black Eyed Beans with this tempering and sprinkle some grated coconut.
Now, the easy and tasty White Lobia / Black Eyed Beans Sundal is ready.
