Ingredients

1. Pillai’s Cowpea Red Adzuki / Black Eyed Beans
2. Salt
3. Water
4. Oil
5. Mustard seeds
6. Urad dal
7. Chana dal
8. Curry leaves
9. Asafoetida
10. Coconut.

Cooking Instruction

1. Soak Pillai’s Cowpea Red Adzuki / Black Eyed Beans overnight.
2. Boil it by adding the required salt. Strain the excess water.
3. Add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, and asafoetida to a pan. Mix boiled Cowpea Red Adzuki / Black Eyed Beans with this tempering and sprinkle some grated coconut.
